We offer a number of other unique fitness training opportunities with local partners including Tai Chi and Balletone.

  • Tai chi is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for self-defense and health. Known for its slow, intentional movements, Tai chi has practitioners worldwide and is particularly popular as a form of gentle exercise and moving meditation, with benefits to mental and physical health.

Sifu Ben Kipnis of Eastern Harmony Healing (https://easternharmonyhealing.com/) has taught Tai Chi at Kenkojuku Karate since 2016. If interested in Tai Chi please call Sifu at 856-261-5135 or email at bkipnis14@comcast.net

  • Balletone is a fusion of NON STOP cardio, balance training, and ballet-inspired movements. It is low-impact (no jumping) and variable intensity; you decide how intense the class is based on the way you execute the moves.

Balletone is a fitness format - you do not need any dance experience. You’ll leave each class with a smile on your face an will feel both strong and graceful!
