Tai chi is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for self-defense and health. Known for its slow, intentional movements, Tai chi has practitioners worldwide and is particularly popular as a form of gentle exercise and moving meditation, with benefits to mental and physical health.
Sifu Ben Kipnis of Eastern Harmony Healing has taught Tai Chi sessions at Kenkojuku Karate since 2016. There are no current sessions scheduled at this time.

Balletone is a fusion of NON STOP cardio, balance training, and ballet-inspired movements. It is low-impact (no jumping) and variable intensity; you decide how intense the class is based on the way you execute the moves.
Balletone is a fitness format - you do not need any dance experience. You’ll leave each class with a smile on your face an will feel both strong and graceful!
